Our account application process is simple.

• Download the .pdf file of our credit application.
• Print out the form and complete it as thoroughly as possible.
• Sign the application and fax to our accounting department at: 503-588-3491.
• Our approval process takes only 3 to 5 business days, however, incomplete applications will delay the approval process.
• Upon completion of processing your application our accounting department will promptly send you a notification letter.
• If you have an account with one store it is available at all locations.
